creaking on right front side of vehicle I have to say that I do like the Subaru service area and all of the employees that I came into contact with. Esma was the person I worked with. She I have to say that I do like the Subaru service area and all of the employees that I came into contact with. Esma was the person I worked with. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. In my experience, the service area is run very smoothly and efficiently. The reason for the 4 stars is that when I picked up my vehicle it seemed that the work had been completed and everything seemed fine. The next morning when I was driving the vehicle it immediately started a different kind of a creaking noise than the one I had brought in the vehicle for. I now have to return to the service center to have the vehicle looked at again which is not making me very happy having to do it again. More
