Ramsey Subaru

A tire ordering/installation problem I used the Ramsey Subaru website to shop for new tires and I believed I'd scheduled an appointment for their installation. When I arrived for the app I used the Ramsey Subaru website to shop for new tires and I believed I'd scheduled an appointment for their installation. When I arrived for the appointment, the service advisor told me the tires hadn't even been ordered. Apparently, the tire shopping website has no mechanism for actually ordering the new tires when you schedule the service. After a brief discussion the service advisor ordered the new tires and rescheduled service for about a week later. My other service visits have been fine, but this one wasted two hours of time. More

Alex Perfusion was grate but inventory was an issue. Very satisfied except for inventory issues where We had to weight for over 8 weeks to get the car. Courteous and professional. I dropped my car off and was immediately greeted by service staff. The car was in for a recall for an airbag so I got an oil change as well. The work was done in a timely fashion and it was nice they washed the car. My experience with Ramsey Subaru has been great. I have purchased 2 Subaru’s and the service has been nonpareil! Got only Oil change for 24K maintenance In general I like Ramsey Subaru service and will recommend it. It’s fast, excellent waiting area, free car wash with maintenance. I brought my Subaru Legacy for 24K Express Maintenance. I waited for about 1 hour and when I received back I saw that only Oil/Filter was changed. When I mentioned that 24K maintenance includes additional work (Tires Rotation, Air Filter, etc.) then I got reply that Internet was down and they don’t know what was part of 24K Legacy maintenance. That is very strange because I used Internet when I waited and Subaru service person probably should know what is 24K Subaru maintenance without Internet. More
