Carelessness while doing airbag recall Had my 2014 legacy in for airbag recall. They had the vehicle all day. Got it back with two spots of grease on the passenger front seat (seats are ivory so it shows!) a screw of some sort on the the drivers side mat and left side of the dash was not correctly reinstalled. There was no one but one service guy there when I picked up and nobody had any answers or offer to clean or fix the issues. Hopefully that screw was not from something important. Pure carelessness... and I had to take care of everything myself!! Not what I’ve come to expect from Ramsey.... More
