I brought my Subaru Legacy for 24K Express Maintenance. I waited for about 1 hour and when I received back I saw that only Oil/Filter was changed. When I mentioned that 24K maintenance includes additional work (Tires Rotation, Air Filter, etc.) then I got reply that Internet was down and they don’t know what was part of 24K Legacy maintenance. That is very strange because I used Internet when I waited and Subaru service person probably should know what is 24K Subaru maintenance without Internet. More

Disrespected by Service Manager The windshield glass cracked on the loaner car within an hr of having the car. When I called to ask how to proceed i was told I had to pay for the replacement. I was then transferred to the service manager who seemed bothered by my call. He was rude and disrespectful an rold me that he would arbitrarily charge my card even though your agreement clearly states that if insurance does nor pay for damage i would then be responsible. I was rold that it does nor apply to glass which since the contract was whatbhe sais I signed sdid not have that istated. It was very distressing since the reason I was there in the first pkace was because of your airbag recall. More
