Great car, even better staff! I recently bought a new 2019 Outback from Dino Kulanusorstit, Sales Consultant at Ramsey. From beginning to end, Dino made me feel super comfortable in helping me find my new car. I typically dread the whole car buying process but Dino and the team at Ramsey made it quick and painless. No high pressure tactics and I felt like they treated me like an actual person, rather than just a potential payday. After shopping around at a few other Subaru dealers in the area, Dino set me up with the best price and I picked up the car 2 days later. I signed paperwork with Finance Manager, Michael who was thorough and explained all the documents very patiently as I had some questions. Then got an explanation of all the Outbacks features from Chris who was great too. Dino walked me through the entire process and communicated back and forth in a timely fashion to answer all my questions prior and during pick up. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and definitely recommend Dino and the rest of the Ramsey team! More

Came to fix an issue w car I came for an issue w my car which Subaru had a “bulletin” for. I was charged $100 for the work to be done under my extended warranty. I do not feel I came for an issue w my car which Subaru had a “bulletin” for. I was charged $100 for the work to be done under my extended warranty. I do not feel I should have paid for that since Subaru knew of this issue. Also my car was washed but the front windshield wasn’t! I will bring my car to Subaru as long as my maintenance agreement in effect but not after that. Very disappointed at service this visit More

Lacking in organization I came here for a well known Subaru issue with the radio system. Because they were unable to duplicate the error they sent me on my way. Quick and easy I pulled in with a donut on and a huge piece of metal in my tire. They changed my tire, did a thorough examination of my car, and even washed it. Great service department I went in to receive my first complimentary oil change. The staff was friendly and I was in and out in a timely manner.
