Very Good Customer Service Ramsey Subaru has very good Customer Service and performs quality work. However, sometimes the wait times seem excessive. If an appointment is made then that appointment time should be kept within 1/2 hour. There is an express lane for quick service like oil changes, The waiting area is comfortable with adequate seating and there is a play room for children. There are also 2 TVs for viewing and coffee tea and water for drinking as well as snacks. The rest rooms are also clean and maintained well. More

No high pressure tactics and I felt like they treated me like an actual person, rather than just a potential payday. After shopping around at a few other Subaru dealers in the area, Dino set me up with the best price and I picked up the car 2 days later. IF something is worn they tell you the new condition as comparison which gives you the ability to make educated decisions about when to have additional work performed. More
