I just sold my old car and told Ramsey that loan might not have fallen off yet and was told not to wo This would have been my second car bought here. I just sold my old car and told Ramsey that loan might not have fallen off yet and was told not to worry. My wife drove me up and I live 50 miles from Ramsey. I was specifically told what my loan rate was and that I was approved. I told her to go home and beat the traffic because I was told my loan was approved. An hour later was told that the back refused my loan because of the other car loan. I had the bill of sale showing it was paid off but they refused to accept that. I told the loan agent that my ride left because he told me my loan was approved. He said it's not his problem and it's the bank's fault. I ended up taking Uber and a train home and I'm not mad at Ramsey over the bank. I'm mad at them not telling me the truth and not giving a Damm when a repeat customer is stuck 50 miles from home in the freezing cold. At the very least, they could have given a ride to the train station. Thanks for the night from xxxx Ramsey. Great way to treat a loyal customer. More

My vehicle was pulling hard to one side, and I contacted Alex at Ramsey Subaru dealership who referred me to Al Cisneros at Ramsey Subaru Service. A service appointment was promptly made. Al and Jose Pujol, Customer Satisfaction Manager, made sure that I get the issue fixed as soon as possible. It was diagnosed that the pulling phenomenon was due to a defective tire. The whole process was SEAMLESS, from appointment and loaner car arrangement to diagnosis and tire warranty claim. Jose and Al kept me posted on the progress and made sure everything was right including the wheel alignment before letting me drive off. Everybody at the service center was friendly and helpful. They also helped me with the installation of my winter-set. I couldn’t ask for better service! More

I never felt pressured while inquiring about my 2018 Crosstrek, Stan was very professional and accommodating to the exact specifics I was looking for.
