Absolutely flawless I first started with a quick inquiry email availability test driving a used crosstrek. Once I set that up they went right to work with researching and paperwork to get me rolling. When I got there for the test drive, you can tell Alex P is a popilular pick at Ramsey subaru. But he was quick to show me the car so I could look around it while I waited. Then I was also met by chris who would be completing the test drive. In that time, he was very helpful with any questions I had and even some I hadn't thought of. The car was awesome and I was very pleased. I was not aware of the benefits of leasing. And after a short discussion, I was in the process of my first lease. Saving money each month. Alex was very polite and prompt to answer any questions no matter how silly. He is amazing. And very personable. The day of my pickup for my new car was so smooth and so easy. Michael walked me thru some paper work and Alex finished up with me and sent me off. He was also so kind as to check in with me an hour later to make sure all was ok and that I made it to work nicely. Since then he was very promo to email and call to answer any questions.
