Overpriced careless dishonest!Car scratched in their care! Overpriced, careless and don't take responsibility! Don't use night drop off. My car was scratched up, they refuse to take any responsibility (point Overpriced, careless and don't take responsibility! Don't use night drop off. My car was scratched up, they refuse to take any responsibility (pointing to some fine print on the envelope that clears them in case something happens to your car.) I dropped it off at night for just a quick and regular oil change with the check mark next to "call me before performing any services." They called in the morning just to say they noticed it's scratched up (in their care) and will now start the oil change. Upset about the news, I came in later to pick it up and was met with very indifferent and nonchalant attitude from the service writer. I asked what will they be doing about the damage and was told they will review the security cameras on Monday (it was Saturday) and get back to me with some resolution. I was given the bill for close to $60 for just an oil change which I requested to be regular not synthetic. They performed synthetic and said my car required it. Shouldn't this be communicated BEFORE the service??? Manager Jon never called me back. I had to track him down with multiple phone calls, only to finally get "there is nothing we can do, we're not responsible for customer's vehicles while they're parked in our lot." Needless to say I will never be going back and I'll be sure to share my experience with Better Business Bureau and maybe some local news channel. Don't waste your money, there are many better choices for your car repairs! More

My poor mother was so excited to get a new car and the DAY AFTER SHE BOUGH Steer clear of the RAMSEY SUBARU dealership!! They sold my mother a LEMON!! My poor mother was so excited to get a new car and the DAY AFTER SHE BOUGHT IT, WHILE SHE WAS DRIVING, all the lights lit up on the console including the CHECK ENGINE light. My mother was so scared! She took it to the closest dealership to get it checked out (in Emerson). Whoever looked at it there said that something was wrong with the fuel injector ( on a NEW car????) and that started the NIGHTMARE! THE CAR STILL ISN'T FIXED!!!! My mom is SCARED TO DRIVE THE CAR FAR AND SHE NEEDS A FUNCTIONAL, RELIABLE AND SAFE CAR FOR HER JOB!!!!! My mother is soooo upset!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The "SALES MANAGER" BRIAN even THREATENED MY MOTHER!!!! I would have LOVED for this so-called "man"....(.I have another name for him that starts with a "P"......) to threaten ME!!! Everyone at Ramsey Subaru was very nice and almost everyone asked me if I was being helped during my time there. A great staff they have and I'll definitely recommend others to go there if they decide they want a Subaru. My brother is going to be looking for an all wheel drive car in spring and I'll definitely tell him to buy or lease from Ramsey Subaru. I'm so glad I went to this particular dealer. More
