I was searching for CPOs with good warranties, and when I found a car I liked, I found their pricing to be asinine. So I left and called Paul Miller Subaru in Parsippany. When I called Paul Miller looking for inventory, I was connected to a gentleman who was still eating dinner and told me to call back in 30 minutes... so that was out. Went home, did my homework and found a beautiful blue WRX online at Ramsey Subaru so I decided to drive the hour+ to go take a look. Immediately my father and I were warmly greeted and met Kurt, who wasted no time getting us into the car I had come in to see. In discussing my needs as well as the vehicle, we all came to the conclusion that a lease on a new 2018 would be my best option. That's when we met Clayton. Clayton came out and introduced himself with upfront and honest pricing- we agreed upon a deal that I never thought I'd get- I was ecstatic ! The next day, we came in and met with the Finance Manager, Cory Fetkowitz. Again, here's another guy who is honest and upfront, did not push for any gimmicks, and we were on our way in minutes. So to make a long story short : Subaru Of Morristown- mediocre Paul Miller Subaru- awful. They'd rather eat their dinner instead of helping customers. And Ramsey.. the best experience I could ever hope for. Even being more than an hour away, my 16 Outback and 18 WRX will never see any other dealership. All my friends and family will be sent there because they truly go above and beyond for their customers. Kurt and Clayton and Cory and all the other guys are top notch and made the leasing process fun and easy. More
