Great experience even during the busiest time Had a great experience with Steve. He was always exceptionally polite and honest. I ordered a new '18 WRX. Steve must have been flooded with new orders but he always made the effort to follow up with any inquiries of mine. If there is one criticism with my experience, it would be the occasional delayed response but that can't be helped with the amount of orders he's dealing with. Chris did an excellent job walking me through my car, pointing out things that may normally be overlooked. He also answered all my questions, no matter how dumb they may seem to be. Overall, I really enjoyed my time at Ramsey and wouldn't hesitate considering them again for future purchases. More

best new car buying experience! I was looking for a specific car and I know exactly what I wanted in it, and from it. I've had some rather unpleasant experiences at dealerships in t I was looking for a specific car and I know exactly what I wanted in it, and from it. I've had some rather unpleasant experiences at dealerships in the past, where I feel like I've been taken by the sales staff. this is NOT the experience at Ramsey Subaru. When i was shopping for a new car, specifically a Subaru, I was looking for a reputable dealership who would be honest and upfront. This is exactly what i got a Ramsey Subaru. Initially I was talking with Clayton Mantell, and it was nice to talk with someone who truly was a Subaru enthusiast. When I was ready to start talking numbers and options, I dealt with Kurt Schoenig. Kurt was awesome with the details and the ins and outs of the options and what youre truly getting. He took the time to explain the different option packages and work with me on getting what I exactly wanted, and not what I didnt want. I probably spent about 2 hours with Kurt making sure the order was right along with the test ride. To Kurt's credit, he kept track on the delivery of the car, via email and phoned me as soon as it arrived. While Kurt was out of the office when I picked up the car, Dan Willis was there to meet me at the dealership and walk me through the Finance team and the Delivery team. Both of these experiences were positive. I spent about 30 minutes in the finance office, and due to my previous phone calls with them (Michael Pandolfelli) and emails back and forth, I knew exactly what I was getting and how much everything was going to be and what kind of warranty I wanted etc. This transparency that I experienced was a huge plus in my opinion, as I appreciate being upfront when making such a large purchase. Since Michael wasn't available that day, I was lucky enough to have Shane C execute the finance paperwork and made it painless and quick- Thanks Shane! Finally, the delivery team was good enough to review all of the features on the car and answer my questions. The nice thing was that they realize no one will remember everything and said that they would be available in the future to continue to answer questions if I needed.
