Amazing experience, always I have had nothing but positive experiences with Ramsey Subaru Service Center. My recent visit was due to my 2014 Subaru battery not holding a charge I have had nothing but positive experiences with Ramsey Subaru Service Center. My recent visit was due to my 2014 Subaru battery not holding a charge. As I live in NYC I was driving out to the service station, when I realized I needed gas. turned off the car to get gas and the battery was dead. I called the service station to let them know that I would be late I was waiting for a tow truck to jump me (no the gas station had not jumper battery crazy)! Al the customer service person jumped in his car came to my rescue and jumped my car. Then after they ran the tests determined my battery was defective and put in a brand new one free of charge. Al was so wonderful and so helpful he went over and above!! I really appreciate what he did for me to come and jump my car for me. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE Based on past experiences, I am usually skeptical of ‘highway” car dealerships as the sales rep tries to pressure the customers into committing/puttin Based on past experiences, I am usually skeptical of ‘highway” car dealerships as the sales rep tries to pressure the customers into committing/putting a deposit down before leaving the same day. However my experience with Kyri at Ramsey Subaru was totally unlike that. He totally understood that purchasing a car is a huge financial decision. When I was ready to make a decision, he was able to get me a great price that beat other dealers’ prices by a wide amount. He also did an outstanding job explaining the many technological and safety features on the car when I came to pick it up. Kyri spent a full 90 minutes carefully and slowly going over each update. Since then, he’s called to follow up as to whether I have any additional questions. I know I can contact him regarding any additional questions. More

Everything was worked out via email so that when I arrived for my test drive, it was nothing but fun! There was no stress or problems what-so-ever. Alex went the extra mile for us. Chris took us on the best test drive and on pick up day was invaluable to me. He was patient and knew the ins and outs of the car. He spent a lot of time giving me tips and answering all of my questions. Mike was super efficient in handling the financial end. This is the way car buying should be .. A fun, exciting experience. Car was quickly diagnosed and serviced. Great service! Brought my car in to diagnose transmission noise. It was determined that a new transmission would be needed, but through the suggestion of Howard, I c Brought my car in to diagnose transmission noise. It was determined that a new transmission would be needed, but through the suggestion of Howard, I contacted Subaru of America, who agreed to cover the repair under warranty. Service center is very convenient to get to and has drive in access to drop off the car, which was a great way to drop off the car. The waiting room is very large and comfortable. Howard was a great help throughout the process and was always available with updates to keep me in the loop. More
