I initially made the deal over the phone with Alex and I liked that he was very straightforward. He gave me the best price out of all the dealers I contacted and kept his word. No bait and switch. He was straightforward. And then when we went in to close, the process took some time (as is the norm). but what I really liked and appreciated was that Alex kept coming back to me and keeping me updated as to what was going on. He didn't have to do that as the deal was done - we were just waiting on the paperwork. He had a lot of other customers that day (it was a busy Saturday), but we never had to chase him down to ask him what was taking so long - he kept us updated - waiting for the insurance to come through, waiting on confirmation from the bank, etc. Also, the guy that walked us through the car features was thorough and professional. And he took the time to answer our questions about various features. Also, Chris the Finance guy, was thorough, organized and very knowledgeable. He got us to sign our papers quickly while explaining everything very clearly. This was the last leg of our process and it went quickly! Great experience from all points and once my deal is up, I am definitely coming back here for my next car! More

I went to Ramsey Subaru in NJ and specifically dealt wth Clayton through the Clubwrx forums, he gave me a great price but also made the process so seamless. There was no song and dance to the whole buying experience, just a great price and experience. He was easy going and straight forward from the start, a rare set of qualities. He also made a point of answering all my questions immediately. Ordering our 2018 WRX took 10 days, from start to delivery- which was surprising given all the options I requested. Steven was the salesman and the point of contact assigned to me. He kept me updated through the whole process ( e.g. car arrival, pickup, etc) was honest, considerate, and down to earth. On the day of picking up the car, the whole staff was fantastic. Seven was incredibly attentive to me and my wife from the start - offering us various on-site amenities and handled all potential obstacles with stride ( including our insurance agent being unavailable to add the car immediately to our plan). His cordial nature really was an asset in navigating this whole process. As a Subaru enthusiast he also answered all my questions about the WRX and offered me tremendous insight based on his own experience with his cars in the past. Chris walked us through the delivery checklist. During the whole process, he was funny, relaxed, and polite. Even when having to leave in the middle of the orientation for a phone call to deal with issues with insurance, he displayed incredible patience and consideration. He honestly was informative and so easy to talk to and made the whole process a breeze. Shane was our business manager during the whole process. Upon entering the office he walked us through all options available to us, letting us know the price and details of each option. Throughout the whole process he remained unbiased and easy going, creating a no pressure environment allowing us to chose what we really needed. A major shout out to the whole team, you really made our buying experience great. I know where we'll be buying our future Subarus from now on. More

The ease of scheduling an appointment and availability dates is better than the dealership where I purchased my car. The service rep I dealt with, Mr. Howard Cohen, was great to work with and made the whole repair process a pleasant one. I will continue to use this dealership for all of my maintenance and repair issues and when it comes time to purchase a new Subaru, I'll most likely be buying it from here too. More
