Bad tire I had an unexpected experience with a tire that blew after hours on Saturday. This left me without a vehicle I drive on Sunday as I wasn't comfortabl I had an unexpected experience with a tire that blew after hours on Saturday. This left me without a vehicle I drive on Sunday as I wasn't comfortable driving on the doughnut. Monday when I contacted the service center I was informed the tire was not in stock and would arrive Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday the tire did not arrive. Upset that I would not have my car for another day Kristine and the amazing crew in the service department worked it all out so I would get my tire done without waiting another day. The service department and technicians are nothing less than amazing. Will never go anywhere else. More

Great service Sales manager promised to beat any bonofide price qute by $XXXX and he delivered. Got to test drive the actual car we wanted. Had us drive out with the car within 3 hours after we stepped into the dealership. We went shopping for an hour while they prepared the paperwork and credit check. Was offered options as required, but no undue pressure was put on us to purchase anything extra. Took advantage of the 0% financing they were offering at the time. Did not know about this ahead of time - but took it - why not - it's free money for 4 years. Before we left, we got a thorough one on one one hour orientation on the workings of the car (not the typical 5 or 10 minute lecture on how to work the key). Have not taken long drives yet - but so far, very satisfied with the car. More
