He gave us his insight and pros and cons of used and new vehicles. He even presented the idea of leasing to buy, which we had never thought of. He gave us a lot of information about the car and told us his personal opinion on the car. He was a great customer service representative for Subaru. He definitely connected with us on a personal level because he too had a new born at home. Kurt and Cory made the car buying experience quick and easy!
