Good Dealer with huge used selection I've purchased two cars through Ramsey Subaru, both certified used so I can't comment the new buying experienced from Ramsey. The Good: -Extremel I've purchased two cars through Ramsey Subaru, both certified used so I can't comment the new buying experienced from Ramsey. The Good: -Extremely helpful, patient sales people. -Excellent selection of used Subarus. One of the largest in the North East. -They participate in pretty much all of Subaru's official programs. -Their used Subarus are clean and in great shape, no shenanigans. -Low pressure, at least in my case I've found them to be relatively low pressure in terms of forcing a sale. The Bad: -Their cars are spread across three locations and it's not clear even to the sales people which location they could be at. During my last purchase we spent hours tracking down five cars. -There is a hidden fee for all used purchases of $500. It's non-negotiable. So basically all the prices you see on their website, add $500. It's pretty cheesy too because they say the fee is for "detailing and oil change" but I looked at the records for the car I purchased and the oil was changed prior to Ramsey taking ownership, made no difference, $500 was the fee. -Non-negotiable on the price. They'll give you a big spiel about how they are making no money on the car but if you watch the prices on their website you'll see they fluctuate, down AND up. In summation: Ramsey Subaru is a large dealership with an excellent selection of clean well maintained cars. If you want a specific used Subaru or at least want to peruse a variety of them this is the place to go in the north east. That said if you're looking for a deal on a used Subaru, or to get more of a bang for your buck, this is not the place to go. They do things a certain way and will not deviate. The prices I got on my cars were on par with anywhere else if not a few hundred dollars more but the cars were clean and I have that piece of mind. More
