Ramsey is #1 Service, staff, facility is top notch. 2 years ago I brought my 2010 Legacy, which was purchased in NY, in to have the heads machined. Two years and Service, staff, facility is top notch. 2 years ago I brought my 2010 Legacy, which was purchased in NY, in to have the heads machined. Two years and 80,000 miles later, I brought her back in for the full 60k and differential services. My Legacy has 220K miles on her and I wouldn't trust her to any other dealer. Being a single Mom, paying for my sons college, I can't afford to upgrade. So knowing how well my Subie is taken care of at Ramsey is total peace of mind. More

Kyri still kept in touch to answer all of my questions regarding the Impreza. A few weeks later, I returned to Ramsey Subaru and purchased my Impreza! When brought to the sales department, Mike was awesome at explaining everything. He even took the time after I signed the papers to answer all of my questions by email and phone. I would give 5 stars, but. Bought our 2009 Forester there and have had it serviced there regularly. Facilities are great and AL IS AWESOME. HOWEVER, we will be bringing it back Bought our 2009 Forester there and have had it serviced there regularly. Facilities are great and AL IS AWESOME. HOWEVER, we will be bringing it back the Wednesday for a 4th time to have the A/C fixed. It's been very disappointing,frustrating and inconvenient to bring it back so many times for the same problem.
