I kept changing my mind with models and different trim levels, any other salesman would have been irritated with me at my indecisiveness, not Joe though. Joe made sure I knew what I wanted and what would fit both my budget and my growing family. When his sales manager and I were discussing financing options, Joe took my kids all around the showroom that way I could focus on numbers. He even showed my son how to beat one of his levels in his video game! The amount of compassion that Joe has is amazing. He is one of a kind! Met these guys and they were upfront and fair from the start. No back and forth games. They started at a fair market price and we quickly moved on from there. They didn't try to upsell me. Very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure, no rush. His boss Clayton Mantell got involved at one point, also a straight up guy. James Foley was helpful setting me up and showing me the features after purchase. Did I get a steal? Probably not. Did I pay a fair price for a great car with little headache? Yup. More

We did not expect our car for at least 10 days, and were pleasantly surprised when we were called three days after purchase, that the car was at the dealer. Our car was ready,with one minor issue that was immediately resolved. James was very clear in his explanation of all the instrument s and controls on the car, and answered all questions clearly. We also had a good experience with Cory, in finance. We especially liked his fish tank--it was very calming ! More

Great Dealer that Stands Behind their Used Cars. I purchased a 2006 Outback with 48000 miles in March 2016. Nine months later I experienced a significant problem with the engine and despite being out I purchased a 2006 Outback with 48000 miles in March 2016. Nine months later I experienced a significant problem with the engine and despite being out of my "warranty" period, The dealership provided me with a loaner car and we worked out a reasonable resolution of the repair. This is a dealership that that is well run and ethical. My salesman was straightforward. The service consultant (Kristine) and the Service Manager (Jon) were courteous and truly nice people. I am totally satisfied by this dealership. More
