My brother in-law recommended Alex & Ramsey Subaru due to buying 2 cars from him earlier this year. We made an appointment with Alex and he had the car prepped and ready to go before we arrived. Alex made the deal go smoothly and Chris Fuchs explained all the features and controls in the car in a quick and professional manner. The Finance Manager explained the financing and extended warranty information very thoroughly reviewing all the available options. I drove out with the car shortly after. I did not think buying my first car we go so smoothly. I missed out on the car they had by an hour when it got sold to someone else. They ended up tracking down another Crosstrek Manual Premium for me in the exact color I wanted within minutes. The car was there within 2 days! Steve took me on a great test drive, explained all the details. I met ALEX AND SHANE the following visit and they got me home with the car that same night! Much kudos and respect to everyone at Ramsey SUBARU. I will definitely be recommending all my friends who are looking at new cars to this dealership. 🙏🏽 -there was also another gentleman who showed me all the bells and whistles and buttons in the car. Amazingly pleasant experience I have been using their service department for some time on a Subaru purchased elsewhere, which has proven to be outstanding. When I began to consider if it was time to trade in my Outback, Kristine sent me to see Chris W. in Sales. On a busy Saturday afternoon, Chris was patient and kind explaining in detail what my options were and what was the wisest move to make at this point. I ended up trading the Outback for a Forester and couldn't be happier. He was so exceptionally professional, kind, and patient throughout the process. On delivery day, Chris Fuchs was incredible. He took me through a detailed explanation of every part of the vehicle. This was time well spent learning all the little things about how to operate my new vehicle. A priceless task for anyone who has ever driven out of the dealership not knowing how to operate the radio or bluetooth. Overall, an amazingly pleasant experience in Sales to go along with the excellent Service department. He demonstrated passion for his job, was attentive & kind and really helped me to get the color/make/model (2017 Crosstrek Premium - Desert Khaki) car I wanted and at the price that I could afford. Also, I worked with two additional & impressive people: Michael (Financing) and James (Auto Functionality Tech). At Ramsey Subaru, it's obvious that they are believers in this kind of specialization. One group of people (sales) demonstrates the car. Another group (sales managers) works out the sales price, trade-in values and calculate payments. A third group ties up the loose ends of a deal and does the final paperwork. It appears that they all work well together with their main mission 'to provide the best customer service expeirience'.
