Great Job!!! From the time I walked in everyone was asking if I needed help and if they could help me. I was then greeted by Alex one of the sales managers. He had someone get the car for me and I told them I had a few more cars to test drive and check out. I had a few questions which where answered and everyone was very professional from start to finish. There was one salesman who asked if I needed help and I told him someone was already helping me he got an attitude and then stormed away. He almost deterred me from buying anything and I was glad I was dealing with someone else. Great Job!!! More

For those who want to know, the ranges in the 'fair' price range on Truecar/KellyBlueBook is $1734 off the MSRP for their zip code and this was the fourth Subaru dealership I went to and negotiated prices with. I think I robbed them, but knowing sales individuals who knows. During the test drive the employee who drove around with me was really nice and knew about everything. After buying the car and sitting in it within their garage I pointed out some minor marks and random things here and there and they cleaned it up for me within a minute so no complaints there. The employee who pointed out everything inside the car went through everything with me again and pointed out the extra things with me now that I bought the car such as setting up the Bluetooth. I do not remember the person's name who helped me with all the gadgets on the screen, but he had dark hair and was around 5'8" if that helps. After buying the car the business manager was really quick and nice as well. All I had to do was hand him my cashier's check and we were practically on our way. Went through all the maintenance packages with him and was asked how much I drive on a yearly basis and was even given a discount based on my mileage. The employees here were really nice, quick, and easy kind of wished I just came here first to not waste my time. For those who want to know I ended up getting a 2017 3.6R Legacy, and the 4 cylinder 2017 Legacy I did not get there but quoted on using Edmunds was beautiful as well (Gray outside Black leather interior check it out if it did not sell yet). The leather stitching on the inside beats my friends' Infiniti Q50, Maserati Ghibli, Honda Accord & Civic, Nissan Altima and Chevy Malibu so I recommend getting the leather seats plus the sound system in the limited edition is as good as it gets. My brother in-law recommended Alex & Ramsey Subaru due to buying 2 cars from him earlier this year. We made an appointment with Alex and he had the car prepped and ready to go before we arrived. Alex made the deal go smoothly and Chris Fuchs explained all the features and controls in the car in a quick and professional manner. The Finance Manager explained the financing and extended warranty information very thoroughly reviewing all the available options. I drove out with the car shortly after. They ended up tracking down another Crosstrek Manual Premium for me in the exact color I wanted within minutes. The car was there within 2 days! Steve took me on a great test drive, explained all the details. I met ALEX AND SHANE the following visit and they got me home with the car that same night! Much kudos and respect to everyone at Ramsey SUBARU. Amazingly pleasant experience I have been using their service department for some time on a Subaru purchased elsewhere, which has proven to be outstanding. When I began to consider if it was time to trade in my Outback, Kristine sent me to see Chris W. in Sales. On a busy Saturday afternoon, Chris was patient and kind explaining in detail what my options were and what was the wisest move to make at this point. I ended up trading the Outback for a Forester and couldn't be happier. He was so exceptionally professional, kind, and patient throughout the process. On delivery day, Chris Fuchs was incredible. He took me through a detailed explanation of every part of the vehicle. This was time well spent learning all the little things about how to operate my new vehicle. A priceless task for anyone who has ever driven out of the dealership not knowing how to operate the radio or bluetooth. Overall, an amazingly pleasant experience in Sales to go along with the excellent Service department.
