From Start to Finish, A First Class Experience After leaving a note online via the Ramsey Subaru website, I was contacted immediately by a representative of the dealership. I was given concrete information about specific cars including pricing. Upon arriving we found that every piece of information was accurate, no games, just the truth. We filled out the financing form online before leaving the house and had confirmation of financing within a half hour. Alex explained all the features of the car we were purchasing, including price, and Chris went over directions for every button, knob and feature of our Forester. Our options for extended warranties were explained without pressure. Within an hour we were ready to get on our way. An issue popped up with the bluetooth system which the service department fixed the next morning. They even offered to deliver my car to my house. A lovely gift was waiting in the car for our minor troubles. Our pretty red Forester has proven to be everything I hoped it would be. More
