Excellent Service Experience I recently visited Ramsey Subaru service center for a scheduled appointment and would like to take a moment to share my experience. Before I even arrived I received an email confirmation from my appointed service advisor, Kristine Meyers confirming my online appointment and offering her contact information should I have any questions. I did have a few as this was my first visit to this facility and when I gave her a call I was greeted by a pleasant and professional voice on the other end of the line. Kristine took her time to discuss my concerns and was even able to reserve a loaner car I could use! I recently bought my 2015 Legacy used from another non-Subaru dealer and wanted my "new" car brought up to speed by trained Subaru techs. I live in close by and was hopeful I would be satisfied with Ramsey Subaru because of the convenience and I definitely was. I had my 18,000 miles service, 2 recalls and 1 TSB performed along with having a few other things looked in to. Kristine also had a complimentary 27-point inspection performed and ordered two aftermarket accessories for me as well. From the moment I pulled up to the service center I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. It was early Saturday morning and everyone from techs to advisors had a smile on their face. What a great first impression! Another advisor noticed Kristine was busy with a customer so instead of having me just wait he got my paperwork started and set me up with my loaner car. When Kristine was done with her other customer, she came right over and again, walked me through all the service to be performed and made sure I didn't have any questions. Everyone I met was polite and professional. The service I received from Kristine and team was excellent. The facility is bright, modern and clean. The loaner car I received was in great shape. Reviewing the charges and picking my car up was a breeze. I was so pleased with my experience I wanted to take a moment to share. By far, this was the best experience I've had at a dealer service center in my 25 years of driving! I am a new loyal customer of Ramsey Subaru! More

I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and salesperson. There wasn't a test vehicle available at the dealership in the model that I wanted so Kyrie my salesperson went to another location to get the vehicle for me to drive. That alone showed good salesmanship. I wasn't told to drive to another location to test drive the vehicle. Kyrie took me though all the features of the vehicle, the apps, bluetooth, radio, trunk, under the hood, my Subaru, lane departure and eyesight. So far I am very pleased with my purchase and will recommend your dealership. Kyrie is very knowledge and professional salesperson. More

We built the car we wanted online, emailed it to him and asked him what his best offer was. He came in at a lower number than several other dealerships in the area so there was no need to haggle and mess around. The people working at the dealership are all very professional and friendly and the dealership is big and modern with plenty of cars to check out. Unlike a Rockland County dealership that will not be named. We were even able to do a test drive on a busy Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend because they seem to be very well staffed. When we went to pick up the car, a guy named Chris (who I think was in the delivery department) took the time to sit with me and go over EVERY. SINGLE. FEATURE in the car. From the most basic, like windshield wipers, all the way up to how the screen and all the different media/source options work. I am replacing a VERY old car that has NONE of these options so I really appreciated the lesson. If we are ever in the market for another Subaru, we will definitely be going back to Ramsey. More
