A long but productive day. I went to do a test drive of a new Subaru Impreza and was greeted immediately by helpful people and introduced to a very fine young man, Kyle Palucci. I never felt pressure from him to spend more money than I wanted to, nor did he try to sell me an upscale model. He was an excellent listener and very easy going. The day was long because I decided to buy from him. He found me exactly the car I had described. He made a very nice trade-in offer on my older car, helped get the change in insurance set up, and even drove me to the bank to get a cashier's check. This dealership was recommended to me by a friend, and I would recommend it to any of my friends as well. A young man named Chris did the orientation on all the buttons and gadgets and displays. He even set up my blue tooth and downloaded my contacts for me. I am a single woman with grey hair who was treated with great respect and never made to feel like I was being talked down to or taken advantage of. That was a good feeling too. More
