Not your average dealership I was initially nervous about buying a new car, but the salespeople at Ramsey Subaru made it as smooth as possible. Even with things that were out of I was initially nervous about buying a new car, but the salespeople at Ramsey Subaru made it as smooth as possible. Even with things that were out of their control, they used humor to lighten up the mood which I appreciated. The salesperson that helped me was Alex who was professional and accommodating. Although he seemed busy, he still gave us his undivided attention and was very respectful. The finance guy, Michael, was easygoing and honest too. He answered all of our questions and was personable. On a side note, my battery on my phone was at a low percentage. I had brought my charger but left it at my friends house. I didn't want to get lost on the way home, so I hesitantly asked if they had any chargers around. Without hesitation, Michael found one and let me borrow it. My mind was put to ease and find that that small gesture meant a lot. Overall, everyone I encountered was friendly and made this process a lot easier. Although this dealership is a ways from my house, I am so happy I came and would recommend to friends and family. More

It was extremely busy (in my opinion -- maybe not busy for them but it seemed packed) and yet I was in and out in 45 minutes with my car (and that included waiting a few minutes as different Ramsey workers assisted me -- that didn't bother me; I spent my time inside the STI in the showroom). My parents came and were super impressed. It took them almost 5 hours to buy their last car and couldn't believe how quickly we were in and out. More

It was one of the most smoothest car buying experience I' Just got around to writing this review. I bought a 2017 Outback from Alex a few weeks ago. It was one of the most smoothest car buying experience I've had. From contacting Alex via email, to closing the deal in person a couple of weeks later, it was nice and painless. I appreciate the fact that Alex was very diligent in answering my many questions via email, and was keeping me up to date on the specific model, color, and option that I wanted. The actual face to face was very pleasant, no high pressure sales here! Alex ran through some numbers and was up front about the financing options as well as my trade in value. After agreeing on the final price, it actually took more time for me to call my insurance company to update my coverage, than it is to go to the next step of signing some documents and go through warranty options with Shane. Again, easy peasy. Lastly, my car was finally prepped and ready to go, that's where Ryan stepped in to show me the summary of what my new Outback offers in amenities. For example, EyeSight functionality, GPS, Star Link, etc., among other things. Ryan explained everything succinctly, and was able to judge my overall understanding of the technologies accordingly so that my time wasn't wasted with things I can figure out on my own. Overall, a big A+++ for Ramsey Subaru, highly recommended. More
