First they talked me off "the ledge" then set me up with a brand new loaner car so I could get back to work all within half an hour. they kept me updated throughout the day regarding the status of my vehicle. they diagnosed and fixed the problem then verified their findings with off site Subaru experts. the customer service team got on the phone with the dealer who sold me the car and found out all of my warranty information without involving or bothering me at all. I picked up my car the next day and turned in the loaner within 15 minutes without a single delay or hitch. My total time at the dealer was around 45 minutes. That's how you do it folks! More
