Friendly staff but... the old bait and switch I went on the website and found the exact car I was looking for. A few minutes later I received a phone call asking if I wanted to make an appointment I went on the website and found the exact car I was looking for. A few minutes later I received a phone call asking if I wanted to make an appointment to see and test drive the car. I made an appointment for later that day. I called the dealership to inform the sales person, Robert, that I was running about 30 minutes late. He acknowledged it was ok and verified they had the car in stock. When I arrived the car was on the showroom floor with a big SOLD sign in the windshield! I checked the VIN# and it was THE car I had come for! Robert told me he didn't know the car was sold. I asked how could you not know? It's a small showroom and the car is right up front with a big sold sign in the window! Then came the old bait and switch game. He tried to sell me a 5 door hatchback and then if I ordered the car all the add on fees! (doc fee in NY is $75, there he says it's $299 and $125 fee to transfer plates) Transfer plates!? I bring in my plates from my old car for them to put on the new car and I'm suppose to pay $125 for this! Considering I have NY plates and this is NJ he couldn't transfer my plates anyway! The car has to go back to NY to be registered by me. I had driven over 70 miles round trip from NY to NJ for this. Needless to say, when I got home I unsubscribed from their email list and didn't answer any phone calls from them! More

Love my Subaru; loved working with Mike We visited the dealership and met with Mike. He explained the differences between the two models we were considering, as well as the updates coming on We visited the dealership and met with Mike. He explained the differences between the two models we were considering, as well as the updates coming on the 2016 models. We called a few days later, & explained exactly what we wanted. He made an appointment, we basically went in, negotiated a little, and walked out with our new Forester (after he showed us a few things, and, very important, sync-ed our phones to the Bluetooth!) It was a really pleasant experience, and I'm loving my new car! More
