Believe me, I had been lied to, double-talked, and given mis-information by Honda and another Subaru dealership closer to me but it was worth the wait and the drive from CT to NJ to get a car from Alex. Straightforward, no hassle, efficient Excellent experience with this dealership. Came in on a Saturday to review and test drive vehicle. Had done research and knew the model but was not Excellent experience with this dealership. Came in on a Saturday to review and test drive vehicle. Had done research and knew the model but was not as familiar with the options or packages. After speaking with the sales associate about my needs and what I was looking for, he actually recommended a lower, less expensive model, as the upgrades of the more expensive model weren't important to me. The dealer did not have the exact model I wanted on the lot, so worked with the sales associate to find the model I wanted and reserved it. In the interim period, the sales associate was highly professional, responsive and communicative, providing updates and working with me to work through setting up the downpayment, loan, insurance, etc. When the car arrived at the dealer and I arranged to pick it up, it took me less than an hour to complete the transaction. I realize that it may not be that way for everyone depending on their insurance and financing options, but this was far and away the most low-key, efficient, unpressured, hassle-free car purchase I've had of the 6 new cars I've bought. More
