I always service my 2008 Impreza at Ramsey Subaru since I I sent a review yesterday but did not get an emil confirmation back so I am writing again. I always service my 2008 Impreza at Ramsey Subaru since I bought it. Always receive great service, they know me by name, fair prices and I feel they are honest. I have worked with Gordon and Al lthroughout the years and have always been satisfied. Most recent trip was to buy a visor and a turn signal bulb. They installed the bulb and checked to be sure it was working because when I brought it in I had the question if it could be more complex than the bulb , sine it intermittently worked and blinked fast indicating that the bulb didn't work. So they installed the bulb (which I know could be a more complex task than it sounds) and made sure the system was working. As it turned out it was just the bulb and I left feeling good that I will not get a moving violation for driving without a turn signal. These small things are important. In the past, larger mechanical issues costing more money, has always been more than satisfactory. The loaner car for free has been a plus and an attraction that I don't take for granted. Thank you for that as well. Yes, I would recommend Ramsey Subaru to people. Tom Okada More

It felt "luxurious" to bring my 10-year-old car to such a state-of-the-art looking service station. I dropped my car off for service rather than waiting because I had to go back to work, but from what I could see, they have a specious and accommodating waiting area. When I picked up my car the following day, I was again greeting with smiling employees. Everyone was extremely pleasant and efficient in the service center. More
