The person who we met with to go over the finance part (I don't remember his name) was not as adept at customer service, becoming almost adversarial at one point. That is the only reason I am not giving 5 stars. Also, there was a miscommunication regarding the price - we were originally told $400 per month to lease and then later quoted $475. It's not clear if the lower quote was for a different model of car. Overall, it was a great experience and we are thankful for Michael's help! More

He was willing to take my current Crosstrek off lease a few months early, and he gave me a very good deal on my new Impreza. He stayed late to seal the deal, and I was able to pick up my new car the very next day. Mike, the finance department manager, offered me a very favorable service and tire package, and was a pleasure to deal with. Overall, a very positive experience; I'll be back! More
