Good sale but poor attitude from finance officer Our sales person Clayton did a great job. He helped us find the right car and model for our needs. He was very patient with me as I had several changes of heart during the process. If I were just rating Clayton, I'd give him 5 stars. Our finance guy , Shane (or is it Cory?) on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired in the customer relations front. I felt pressured to sign up for one of the extended warranty packages so I signed on to the lowest package. That same day however, I had a change of heart and went back to Shane to opt out of the warranty package. He was not understanding at all and tersely had me forward my intentions in writing. As such, my monthly payment is now $30 more than it should be. Shane's poor attitude soured my experience with your dealership! More

I'm super happy to have met Mike who was patient, honest and not pushy. He answered all my questions and explained what I should be looking for. More importantly, he's been even more excellent after I purchased the car, following up to make sure I'm happy and helping me to deal with the questions / issues I've had so far.
