Trying to resolve ignition starting and rear brake noise Very pleasant from the courteous greeting staff at the point of drive-in entry. This is the nicest Subaru service center I've ever experienced. The waiting area is extremely comfortable, with coffee, snacks, water, 2 jumbo TVs. I have been to this new service facility three times, and each time the experience is stellar. Marco, the Service Rep, was very thorough in trying to resolve my concern regarding an ignition starting noise "zzzz" and a rear brake noise "thunk" when stopping on a downward incline. Jim, the Service Manager took considerable time and care in trying to resolve these vague noises. Lastly, I always appreciate the free car wash. More

Good overall I came for an alignment, an oil change, and to have a few other things checked out like my brakes. Right away they told me I didn't need an alignment I came for an alignment, an oil change, and to have a few other things checked out like my brakes. Right away they told me I didn't need an alignment because their cool scanner thing had already scanned my car as it was driven in and told them I didn't need one. There was also no charge for checking the brakes and telling me they didn't need to be changed. So after all that, I got an oil change and some air filters changed which were dirty(These probably didn't need to be changed, but I let them have that. I'm a generous guy). They even tried to leave me a parting gift of a half-empty dunkin donuts cup in my cup holder, which I of course refused. I don't accept bribes. Overall the service was efficient, the wait time was low, and the service representative was polite and didn't try to sell me on any overly expensive unnecessary repairs(air filters are cheap). Also, the free car wash is always nice. More
