I had been to a few other dealerships (Non Subaru) and was disappointed and discouraged. It seems like everyone just wanted to push you into a purchase. The sales staff was ill informed, pushy and basically insulting. The atmosphere at Ramsey Subaru was completely different. I was not "attacked" by sales personnel as soon as I entered the showroom. Once I had a chance to view the prospective vehicle I was interested in, I approached the reception desk and a sales associate, Chris was assigned to me. Chris was very professional, helpful and was accurately able to answer my questions. He walked me through the entire process and I was able to drive out with the exact vehicle I wanted, same day. I would surely recommend this dealership, Chris and Subaru to family and friends. My son will be driving in another year or so. Looking forward to doing business again! My salesman, Gerald, met me at the door and had the car ready for a test drive. I had already viewed the Carfax online for no charge and after test driving it, I knew this would be a car I couldn't pass up. Next Gerald offered me a choice of beverages while we discussed the purchase. This was a very quick, easy process which was made painless by Shane who set up financing. I took delivery of my,"new" car the following Monday. I have been very pleased with my car and thank Gerald for his excellent, but never pushy, sales experience. He never made me feel pressured or that my questions were silly. I know I would recommend Ramsey Subaru to friends and look forward to my next purchase from this dealership. More

When the time came to get a new car, I visited a few dealerships in the area but was not sold on anything until I came to Ramsey Subaru. I have always wanted a WRX, so it was obviously the first thing that caught my eye when I was there; still, I didn't think I'd be able to walk away in one. I walked in and was soon greeted by Mike. He offered his help which I took, and he was very easy to work with and get along with while browsing and exploring my options. The thing that I appreciate most about my shopping experience with Mike, is that not one time did I feel forced, rushed, or any kind of pressure to purchase the car. He knew I wanted the WRX, but we had a strait forward discussion on whether or not I would be able to afford that car. In the end, I was content with the deal I was offered, and I left in a brand new Subaru WRX. A few weeks later, I am still so stoked when I get in my car.
