He is easy to work with. He gives the best price he has. There was really no negotiating. He is very passionate about the wrx's, therefore making him very knowledgeable. You can tell he likes what he does, and it shows in a very positive way. When I picked up the car, he came to car and showed me everything and how it worked for 20 minutes. I have purchased lexus, bmw, they give you the keys and say goodbye. I came back when I had questions, and clayton came out and showed me how things worked again. Great guy to work with. Like all dealers they wanted to know if I had a trade, I informed him I did and wanted to negotiate the price for the new car first. ( haggle free).
