My current lease on 2012 Forester was ending in three days and I were bit in hurry for the new set of wheels. Called Alex and requested all lease "numbers" He was very open, and provided me with all information I needed. I did deal with quite a few leases and sales persons before, ranging from Honda to Lexus, MB, BMW, and of course one other Subaru dealership. I must say he was the most open and ready to make a deal from all of them. With two phone calls, one visit to the dealership lasting not even two hours I was sitting in my brand new Jasmine Green subbie Forester for less money than I was paying for my old Subaru. I am not usually one to write reviews but based on the experience I had with my salesman Michael Pandolfelli, I felt compelled to do so. Let me start by saying I have purchased cars in the past from other dealers as well as online via eBay and not once have I received the type of service that Michael provided. I felt very comfortable with Michael, he did not pressure me to make any decisions or use any of the sales tactics that left a sour taste in my mouth at other dealerships in the past. He was genuinely concerned about my needs and helped me to find the best vehicle for my budget and made the whole transaction a breeze. He was in constant contact with me during the entire process and was more than happy to answer any of my numerous questions. We drove over 60+ miles to the dealership on a Monday morning to meet with Alex to discuss putting a down payment on the next vehicle that became available. When we arrived at the dealership he informed us that one had been delivered over the weekend and was available. He provided us with a true upfront price with no hidden costs.
