Refreshing experience Had my Subaru in service at Subaru World in Newton NJ and needed a new Subaru for my daughter. Excellent knowledge of the product, professional appearance and no high pressure. A simple commitment to give the customer what they wanted at a competitive price. Delivery of the car and demoing its features was significantly above average. I was also introduced to "my" service manager at the time, Al, and made the decision to use the dealer for any repairs and oil changes. I have been very pleased through the years with his honesty and integrity. Though repairs have been very rare, Al went way above and beyond to accommodate my needs when the Outback need its 100K service. He provided me a loaner car so I may continue to commute to work. The second major experience occurred two weeks ago. After 140K, my clutch need immediate replacement. I pulled in the service area early afternoon and by the next morning, the work was complete. They even washed the car! Super fast turnaround and totally professional support and concern. The car I purchased was not "high end" by any stretch, having owned BMW in past, despite this I have consistently found the sales and service to be top notch. Feel free to compare Ramsey Subaru to any other high end dealer and you find their level of service is better, without the snobbery. Another posing of note. The same folks I dealt with when I bought my vehicle in 2008 are still working there, both the salesman and service manager. A tribute to the leadership in retaining talented employees. I can by cars anywhere. I am convinced of the quality, reliability and reasonable cost of the Subaru products and unhesitatingly recommend purchasing them from Ramsey Subaru. We went on a day when it happened to be pretty busy. We expected a long wait but only waited about fifteen minutes. Michael Pandolfelli came right over to use and asked if he could help. He was happy to answer any and all of our questions and made the experience exceptional. This was my first time buying a car and I was nervous about how it would go. Michael was friendly, honest, knowledgeable,and easy to talk to. He was interested in our concerns and what we were looking for in a car and never tried to push options at us. He took the time to show us all the features of the car and even connected our phone to the car! He followed up with us throughout the entire process and was easy to get in contact with when we had questions. We then worked with Cory in finance. He too was friendly and happy to answer questions. He gave an honest opinion about the different finance packages and did not just talk up the most expensive one, but instead asked about the type of driving we did and what package would be best for us personally. Overall this was a great experience. If you are looking for a friendly, professional, stress free experience I would highly recommend Ramsey Subaru and Michael and Cory. More
