Truly a no hassle experience It was a truly remarkable experience buying my new Subaru at Ramsey Subaru. I never had the original intention of going to Ramsey NJ to purchase my n It was a truly remarkable experience buying my new Subaru at Ramsey Subaru. I never had the original intention of going to Ramsey NJ to purchase my new car since I reside in Queens and it would require me to drive over 30 miles and pay the excessive tolls just to visit their dealership. I had received quotes from several Subaru dealers over Truecar.com for the XV Crosstrek but Ramsey Subaru actually quoted me an "out of door" price for the car which actually impressed me since they are so upfront with this. Even with the very competitive price they quoted me, I still had no intention of going to NJ to buy the car and told them they would need to give me a better offer in order to sway me to visit their showroom. They got back to me pretty quickly and gave me a deal I was looking for. It was at this point I was put in contact with Michael Pandolfelli to help me work out the final deal and start the process of me picking up the car. He was highly professional and answered all my questions. He assured me that there are no gimmicks involved and everything will be what we agreed on from the start. After just several emails back and forth, Michael was able to thoroughly prep me of what I needed to provide and do before i can pick up the car. Once i was ready, I was able to make an appointment that was convenient for both me and my wife to go there and pick up the car. Once we got there for the appointment, i was met with a very personable and friendly person in Michael and he immediately made us felt at ease with the whole process. He had the car all prepped and ready to go and only took us about 1 hour to sign everything, look over and drive away the car (i paid for the full price upfront, so if you plan to finance, it may take you longer). They did not try to push and sell us anything additional that we don't want (they offered but was not pushy at all). Considering that with the last new car I purchased it took me a whole weekend at the dealership to drive away the car, this was definitely a pleasant surprise as to how simple everything was. All in all, this was definitely a great and a no hassle experience buying a car at Ramsey Subaru and i would definitely recommend giving them a try if you are shopping for a new Subaru. More

A smooth and pain-free car purchase experience. We needed to purchase a new Subaru Outback quickly, only we needed a manual transmission – a major feature that Subaru has removed from the 2015 model We needed to purchase a new Subaru Outback quickly, only we needed a manual transmission – a major feature that Subaru has removed from the 2015 models. Having called many Subaru dealers in search of the few remaining brand-new 2014 models with a particular package and manual transmission, the most common response to our request was that this would be a very difficult task to accomplish. A few local dealers did have the car, but after realizing that we needed a car quickly, it seemed that they would quote a price that was higher than the MSRP, claiming that this was one of the very few remaining models we would be able to consider with manual transmission and that our choices were limited. This experience forced us to expand our search nationally and to consider having a car shipped to us (at an additional fee, yet still cheaper than the MSRP other local dealers quoted). We almost purchased a car from across the country when a quick search showed that the exact model, in our first choice color, with the package we desired and with manual transmission was being shipped to Ramsey Subaru. We reached out to Alex Petrushin at the dealership and were assisted in a prompt, efficient and professional manner. Alex was able to meet the best quote we received and processed our sale in a timely manner, allowing us to take advantage of a special financing deal. When the car arrived at the dealer, Alex again went out of his way to work with our difficult schedule to make the pick-up process as pain free as possible. After the initial runaround from other dealers, once we connected with Alex at Ramsey Subaru it became an especially smooth and pleasant car buying experience!! More

Excellent Service I recently visited Ramsay Subaru dealer looking for a new car and to trade my old Pontiac Grand am. We were greeted warmly by Robert Wood who had previously communicated with my father. He then introduced us to Michael Pandolfelli. Michael was very sincere, took a lot of time explaining the diifference between the Legacy and the Crosstrek the two cars we were interested in but had a hard time deciding on. He took us on test drives on both of them and helped us in making the final decision. He then introduced us to Cory Fetkowitz for the necessary paper work who was also great and explained everything and answered all our questions. Michael even helped us get back things that I had accidentally left in my old car and forgot to take out before I handed the keys to him and I did not remember until the next morning. Overall, it was a great experience at Ramsay especially with Michael's sincere and friendly manners. I would definitely recommend them. More

Our experience with Ramsey Subaru was the total opposite. I went in, knowing what I wanted, and put a deposit on the car during lunch hour. Michael Pandolfelli was professional and accepting of my determination. It may have been his easiest sale all year and he handled it with grace. Shane did our financing and he was awesome too (he cannot write upside-down 9's though! haha)...I will go back again when it's time for my son to get a car and look forward to it. Everything went smoothly and we spent only a total of 2 hours there between 2 visits (last purchase/lease was nearly 10 hours - not fun with kids). More
