Great dealership and awesome sales associate! I had the pleasure to first work with Michael a few months back for a test drive of a new Legacy. It was a Saturday which was very busy but he was ab I had the pleasure to first work with Michael a few months back for a test drive of a new Legacy. It was a Saturday which was very busy but he was able to get me a test drive. We communicated over the following weeks via email. He was always courteous and answered all my questions in a timely manner. When I was ready to buy Michael squeezed me in between appointments although I didn't have one. He was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted and was able to add the fog lights I wanted too. The price Michael offered was in the price range I was looking for and no haggling required! This was the best new car buying experience I have had. It nice to actually not feel the typical stress and nonsense some dealers put you through. I had what I thought was a problem and called Michael who had Al from service call me right back and told me to come right over, this was a Saturday too. He showed me with smile a switch I had not noticed which then fixed the problem. I thanked him after being slightly embarrassed and he said "that's what I'm here for". Michael has checked in with me a few times to make sure all is well also. The Ramsey team is great and I would recommend anyone considering a Subaru to definitely check them out. Exceptional Dealership As a woman in her 50's and mother of three boys, I have shopped for cars through the years. I started with the purchasing a full size conversion van As a woman in her 50's and mother of three boys, I have shopped for cars through the years. I started with the purchasing a full size conversion van and had in more recent years leased two Honda Pilot's. With boys pretty much out of the house, I decided to downsize and so started shopping around. I experienced good salespeople, bad salespeople, good dealerships and bad dealerships. Deciding to buy a Subaru Outback I then began searching on line for the dealership with the best price and service. I would have liked to stayed local, however, that was not possible since my local dealership just would not work with me. After much searching, I then found a very nice dealership in CT and came very close to buying my vehicle from there. However, when I changed my color choice the problems began - availability was now a question. I had already turned in my lease and was now renting a vehicle and had planned on buying my new vehicle that day. I now had to begin searching again on line for a dealership to met my needs. It was at this time I came across Ramsey Subaru and Alex. On his day off, he found the vehicle I wanted, in the color and packaging I wanted, and at the price I wanted to pay. He even aided me regarding my rental issue. In addition, I was still a little unsure of my color choice (blue or white) and Alex arranged that both color choices would be available for me to examine. (Of all the dealerships I had visited theirs had the largest selection by far). I went to the dealership the next day and everything was exactly as discussed. People were friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely delivered what was promised. At no time did I ever feel pressured or made uncomfortable. Everything that had been discussed on the phone was delivered and then some. There is just not enough words to describe how wonderful was my experience at Ramsey Subaru. Who has not had that frustrating experience of a salesman promising you one thing and when you come in suddenly there is a 'problem' and is unable to deliver. Everything that had been discussed, everything and then some, was provided without question. In this day and age when one's word just does not seem to mean as much, I was blown away. It is without any hesitation that I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wished to purchase a Subaru. More
