My Client Advisor, Michael, was excellent. He was willing to negotiate, and I feel we were treated fairly. I custom ordered my Forester, and he told me it would arrive in between 6 and 12 weeks. He was easy to reach and returned messages within a day. He provided me with the VIN number before the car arrived so that I could do my pre-insurance and loan paperwork. I was traveling that week, and the day I was able to come in there was a snow storm. I'm pretty sure he would have liked to get home before the roads iced over for his own safety, but he waited patiently and made sure everything that was supposed to happen did happen. He offered me coffee, braved the snow to remove my old plates, and helped me transfer my belongings from the old car to the new car, including the doggy seat. Every "i" was dotted and "t" crossed. The car was exactly as I had ordered it. He even paired my smart phone to the vehicle for me. He struck me as extremely bright, respectful, and honest (the "anti-prototypical car-salesman," and I mean that in a good way). I could hardly believe how efficient he and his teammates at the dealership were. They had prepared my paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was sign and pay. I believe I drove away in my new Forester within an hour and 15 minutes. It was the most painless money I ever spent. In retrospect, the service was so atypically outstanding, it's hard to believe it was a car-buying experience. More

Got my BRZ at a far better price than any other dealership with 0 issues. I didn't even have to bargain down. The price was lower than all the other dealerships I had already bargained at and when dealership with 0 issues. I didn't even have to bargain down. We went into the Ramsey dealership not expecting to purchase our car there; however, within minutes we presented our proposal for the car we wanted and it was almost immediatedly accepted. Then we expected the deal to fall apart as we were directed toward Michael, our salesman, because it seemed like the purchase was going too smoothly. Instead of falling apart, it just got better and better. Mike was professional, efficient and personable. He told us what we needed to know to get the car, the payment options, etc and we were told we could have the car within 2 days. Of course, it took us a couple of more days to come up with the money ; however, the dealership was ready within 2 days of our offer. Mike called us several times to allay any of the concerns we had and then when we went to pick it up he spent alot of time with us explaining all of the new features that we were puzzled about.
