I traded in my ford fusion at this dealerships for a Subaru Forester. Big mistake! I owed LESS than its value, yet the dealership said they had to " work with the numbers"??. I ended up paying $26k for Subaru Forester. Big mistake! I owed LESS than its value, yet the dealership said they had to " work with the numbers"??. I ended up paying $26k for a forester listed at $17,900. I almost walked away from the finance dept, I don't know why I didn't. I really liked the forester and I allowed myself to be suckered into it. The service dept did a lousy job cleaning the vehicle, stains on the roof and on the carpet, windows looked like they were wiped down with an old rag, just a really bad prep job. Then my registration came to the dealership a month later (no fault of dealership, however), I asked that the registration, the paint they ordered for me, and some navigation disks for updates be mailed to me. Clayton couldn't make that happen. Said I had to contact Steve at parts? Why couldn't Clayton walk out one door, take 20 steps to the right, and send the disks with the rest of it? Very frustrating. Overall, I feel they are thieves. They lure you in with one price, then charge you something else. I argued it, but I should have walked away. A lot of vehicles are all wheel drive now..I should have shopped further. More
