I went to Ramsey Subaru on a whim - I knew I was looking to get a Crosstrek soon, so when I happened to drive by on a road trip, my wife, child and I decided to go check one out. They had a manual transmission one in the super sweet Khaki color, which we all fell in love with. Everyone there was super friendly and knowledgable. If you have kids, you know that it can be stressful to bring the lil' fellas places when you are trying to do serious business. The staff at Ramsey Subaru were so nice to our little son, who was fascinated with the cars and the cool fish tanks everyone has on their desks. This made a big difference in making the experience a good one. It was stress-free and fun. Since we don't live in the area, I checked out a dealer closer to where I live, and was almost going to buy one there just because it was closer. They were cool too, but much more pushy and impatient. Mike called me up and worked with me to give me a price I could not beat on the color/make I wanted. They really went the extra mile to bring me back over there without ever getting pushy or obnoxious. I had never bought a car at a dealership before, and they made it super easy to get out the door in our new ride. These guys made the experience a great one! More

We purchased our new 2010 Subaru Outback from Ramsey in 2009. Was happy with them until we did our Major Service and they had the car from 8am-4pm. At the next service was told that we needed a brake flush 2009. Was happy with them until we did our Major Service and they had the car from 8am-4pm. At the next service was told that we needed a brake flush this was supposedly done as part of the major service as well as installing new struts. The service mgr., Gordon , said they would take care of it at next servicing. They claim they did. Who knows. Now we took the car for an oil change locally and are told we need to replace the rear brakes and they show us. They are VERY LOW - only 4000 mi after the last service. We were never informed. What kind of servicing are they providing. Don't trust them with your safety. Both times we dealt with Al. BEWARE!!! More
