I wasted 2 hours of my Saturday here and had to share my experience to warn future buyers. I was treated like it was a luxury to be allowed to even walk into their showroom. They were the most unfriendly, disrespectful, and rude dealership I've ever had the misfortune of entering. Not a single person I encountered treated me like they wanted my business or to help me buy a car. Unfortunately my ordeal at Ramsey so turned me off to the whole process that I'm ready to put my car search on hold for a few months. Dealerships are dealerships but if you expect AT LEAST the ILLUSION of respect and to leave with a shred of dignity look elsewhere. More

Alex Petrushin was very professional. The car and the price were exactly as Alex said they would be. The car was prepped and ready for pick up when I arrived. This is the second car we've purchased from Ramsey Subaru, and more specifically, Alex. I shopped around at other dealers, but the prices and selection at Ramsey Subaru is better than what I found elsewhere. Plus, given that we had worked with them before and had a positive experience, I was eager to work with them again. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, from the front desk reception to the lot manager. I've only worked with Alex, but while I was on the show floor the other salesmen were friendly and relaxed- not pushy as I've experienced at some other dealerships. Also, I had made some inquiries at dealerships on the Internet, and Ramsey was one of the very few who didn't hound me with dozens calls and emails (something I absolutely don't have time for.) Subarus are exceptional cars, and I think try are very careful about how their brand is represented. This dealership is a testament to that. More

I was a bit worried about returning after my last visit, but I was made to feel at ease and driving home was a pleasure as I had my old Sweet Caroline back! She was back to her smooth sailing, quiet self. Thank you Josh for helping to resolve this issue. And thank you Morgan and Brian for being super nice and professional. I wasn't sure I was in the market for a new car, but knew if I was, I wanted a Subaru Crosstrek. Ramsey had a slightly higher rating than another Subaru location I was on my way to and was closer. I arrived and was immediately greeted. I was a bit nervous as I decided to go on the spur of the moment, so had no one with me to 'guide' me. Everyone at Ramsey Subaru was pleasant. Kyle worked with me and gave me the car I wanted, sans color, and then worked with the financial folks to make it happen. They even paid off my previous loan with my trade-in. Minimal hassle and fuss. Entire experience was quick, virtually painfree. Afterwards, Kyle sat in the car with me and explained various options and things about my car so I was able to personlize it for me and drive home somewhat knowledgeable about my new car...So, I love my new Subaru and while not as flashy as my bright red Genesis, have definitely received many compliments and second looks. So A+ for Subaru and the service I received. More
