We are from the Hudson Valley in New York and drove 3 hours round trip (past 5 other Subaru Dealerships) to Ramsey Subaru to buy a 2010 Subaru Forester. I did my research online and found the price I wanted, but not the color and options my wife wanted at a dealership close to home. I expanded my car search and found Ramsey Subaru. Ramsey Subaru had the car, color, and options my wife wanted. I called Ramsey Subaru and talked to Brian Wallin. We worked out the price on the phone and a time to come down to purchase the car. We arrived at Ramsey Subaru 1 hour ealier than they had expected and were promptly greeted by the recptionist and Brian. Brian began working with us as soon as we arrived. The price, options, color, and car were as discussed on the phone. We then promptly proceded to financing with Jerry. We received the financing rate we expected and were able to complete the sale in less than 1 1/2 hours from the time of arrival at Ramsey Subaru. This was very important to us since we had our infant with us. Brian Wallin and Ramsey Subaru gave us the price I wanted, the color and options my wife wanted and the financing rate we both expected. The transaction was completed promptly and the customer service was excellent, eventhough we arrived earlier than Brian had anticipated. I strongly recommend Brian Wallin and Ramsey Subaru if you plan to purchase a Subaru. More
Speaking with the manager at this location made it easy and simple to want to continue to do business with Subaru cars. So this is my Third Impreza Outback Sport. Because of my knowledge and experience with the car, I really just needed the best price and customer service. Upon walking into Ramsey and meeting Shane Chiuchiol knowledge and experience with the car, I really just needed the best price and customer service. Upon walking into Ramsey and meeting Shane Chiuchiolo I got great service and the price I was looking for. Shane was great, easy to work with as I changed the color, vin# etc the day before my pick up. He did not flinch and took care of the change with a smile. My delivery date stayed the same and I am very happy.There were no hidden fees as I have found with other dealers on delivery date. Shane and Ramsey left me with a great impression of a car purchasing experience. More

He was patient, informative, enthusiastic, and most importantly - he listened to what I was saying and made educated recommendations. Clayton presented me with all options and was understanding when I expressed that I needed time to think about everything before making a decision. His no-pressure approach to customer service was one of the factors that most made me want to give him my business. In every experience I felt he was genuinely putting my best interest first. I just bought my first Subaru, a 2010 Impreza Outback Sport and could not be happier. I'm loving my car more every day and feel the entire experience went smoothly and without any stress. Clayton was great not the typical high pressure salesman jerk which was refreshing after getting stalked by toyota, and they gave great deals. They gave me 1000 more than a local toyota dealer for my trade in when we bought my wife's 2009 Impreza, and I am so glad we bought the subaru for her instead of that corolla because not only was the impreza cheaper and better but it doesnt have run away aceelerator problems! ramsey subaru are a good bunch of people and Subarus are great cars go check them out theres a reason there score is so good on dearlrrater More
The purchase of my 2010 Legacy was a wonderful expierence. I had been to two other dealers prior to my visit to Ramsey Dealership. I have now had my car for 4 days and love how the vehicle rides. The motor and CVT are very smooth. Also, thanks to Josh Jacobson, the General Sales Manger, and Jerry Didomenico, the Business Mgr. I would recommend Ramsey Dealership and my salesman Shane to anyone I know interested in a car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Everyone from the sales person to the finance gentleman to the sales manager were exceptionally helpful and friendly. All of my paperwork was processed quickly and everything was explained before I signed to the sales manager were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I received a good finance rate and was very happy with what they gave me for my trade-in. I called with a couple questions after I took the car home and Brian was always very quick to return my calls and answered all my questions. I went to this dealer to test drive low-mileage, certified 2009 Foresters. Brian was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and had answers for all of my questions.
