I was a little upset with communications. I called the week before and spoke to a nice lady who informed me I had 2 more services left on my contract that had to be used by March 30, 2021. I was surprised to find I after the service that it was my last one. I have no complaint about the service advisor I saw. But I am upset about the wrong info on the phone. I would have waited a while for the service if I had known it was going to be my last one, as the car only had about 1500 miles since the last service due to covid and not traveling anywhere. More

This is my families fourth Subaru, so obviously we love the car, but this dealership and the sales staff are why we go to Ramsey Subaru. Friendly staff. Clean waiting room. Service took a little longer than expected, but my car runs great. Had to pay for oil change/filter even though car was under warranty.
