We worked with Stan in finding and buying a certified pre-owned volvo wagen. This was actually the second time we worked with Stan in our search. We looked a year ago, but decided to wait. This timed we were more determined and Stan was just as helpful the second time around. We found an XC-70 that was perfect for our needs and the price was good given the very good condition of the vehicle. Stan was not only knowledgeable, he was flexible in our negotiation and efficient in getting the car to us in a timely manner. We received a fair price for our 10 year old Volvo wagen which we had purchased at Ramsey Volvo. Tim, the business manager was pleasant and friendly in processing all the paper work involved and the entire experience was upbeat and satisfying. In addition, we should say that we always took the traded volvo wagen to Ramsey Volvo for all service needs and repairs and they were very good at diagnosing the problem, fixing it and doing it in a prompt manner. We never felt we were getting a bargain on the pricing of repairs,but the technicians were excellent, never failed us, and we developed confidence in them whenever we took the car there. You get what you pay for. More
I have never owned a Volvo before or thought I could afford one but when searching for a crossover vehicle that could seat more that 5 passengers, the Vovlo XC90 came up in my search. I stopped at Ramsey Volvo to take a look and I liked the size of the XC90 so I made an appointment with Gary Parker to test drive the XC90 the following weekend when my husband was available to come with me. Gary came with us as we test drove the XC60 and XC90. He took the time to explain the features of both vehicles and gave us the opportunity to test them out. I found that the XC90 was priced similarly to the other vehicles I was looking at plus it came with a 5 year, 50,000 mile warranty and free maintenance. I would highly recommend Gary for his patience, product knowledge and non-aggressive sales style. It is nice to be able to walk out of a dealership and go home to think about what I really wanted to purchase and what features I needed. More

This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I pulled into Ramsey Volvo in the rain and as soon as we got out of our car Mr Rosen actually came out into the rain to greet us wit had. My wife and I pulled into Ramsey Volvo in the rain and as soon as we got out of our car Mr Rosen actually came out into the rain to greet us with a smile and asked how he could help us. We talked outside for a little bit but then went in out of the rain to look at new vehicles. Mr Rosen was most helpful in finding us a car that we liked and was in our price range. Mr Rosen and his staff were able to have the car cleaned and ready for us to pick up that same evening. The entire experience from customer service, friendliness,quality of work and price were exceptional and I will tell all my friends about this Volvo Dealer and it's staff. I bought my brand new '12 S60 T5 from Bridgewater Volvo, after disagreeing with the trade-in and the price I was given at ramsey volvo. Because, bridgewater volvo is far from my town, I had the first servic after disagreeing with the trade-in and the price I was given at ramsey volvo. Because, bridgewater volvo is far from my town, I had the first service (7500 miles) done in Ramsey Volvo. I wish I went back to Bridgewater Volvo. Apparently, instead of 6 qrts oil, they poured 8 qrts. engine oil in my car. (T6 AWD model gets 8...-mine is fwd T5). The technician did not even check the oil level after putting it. I took the car from the service, thought it was fine and drove 900 miles. Two weeks later on Sunday, after putting 900 miles, I checked the oil level, it was more than max level, I could not believe it and re-checked couple times, the result was same, it is significantly above the max level. Then I looked at the receipt, it actually states that they put 8 qrts and and the Volvo manual shows 6 qtrs. for T5 models. Similar to having oil level less than the min level, having more oil may cause damage, as it would come out from the sealed area, starts burning oil, gives knocking noise. Therefore, I went back to the dealer on following Monday, explained them, they verified the problem, drained the oil and put fresh one. Because, I paid extra for synthetic oil, they refunded 2 qrts back to me. But honestly, I lost my trust to that dealer. What if I did not check till the next service? After buying a nice solid car, the certified Volvo dealer had done this was not helping their service quality, even though, they claim themselves is the best service. it is truly disappointing and I also informed the Volvo Headquarters Customer Relationship department. More
Great dealership. Was introduced to them years ago when bringing in my old Volvo ('04 XC70 - purchased at another dealership) in for service. Always very happy. Rather go further and do business with honest people who treat you well. More
We walked in here on 7/30/11 to try to discover more about the C30. The vehicle in the showroom had the electric seats tilted forward so that you couldn't even sit in it and the three or four sales sta about the C30. The past few times I have been taking my car to Ramsey Volvo for service, so they know me. They have always done an ok job, the price has always been a bit higher than I imagined it should be, but I never Volvo for service, so they know me. A while back I asked them to change the light bulb on the car, something I have done before but didn't have time to it this time. They sell the light bulb for $28, I can probably pick it for $20 on the web. But the the total for changing the bulb was nearly $80. How many technicians do they need to change a light bulb? When I called to inquire, I got a very stroppy, and aggressive lady, who basically told me "these are our prices, take it or leave". What a silly way to loose a customer. More
