I had the pleasure of dealing with Gary Parker during my new car purchase. It took me a long time to make a decision about which vehicle I was going to purchase and then which package/options I wanted. Gary new car purchase. It took me a long time to make a decision about which vehicle I was going to purchase and then which package/options I wanted. Gary was patient and I never felt pressured to make a decision. He provided me with the information, guidance, and sugggestions that I needed to make my choice. I had to place an order for my vehicle and I was kept updated on it's arrival-which was earlier than I expected. When I picked up my car, he spent a lot of time going over it with me. I would describe him as an upfront and sincere man. I also had a pleasant experience with Frank Benedict, Sales Manager and Tim O'Loughlin. Frank handled a concern I had in an appropriate and professional manner and help to solidify my trust with this dealership. I will return to Ramsey Volvo if I have the oppportunity to work with these gentlemen again. More

I lost my 2004 XC90 due to Hurricane Irene; thanks to Tim and the Ramsey Volvo team, they managed to locate and deliver my new 2012 XC90 within a week and I am enjoying this vehicle as much as ever. I came into Ramsey Volvo unsure of what my next new car was going to be. Working with Stan Rosen assured me that it would be a Volvo S60. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and sincere. He did was going to be. Working with Stan Rosen assured me that it would be a Volvo S60. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and sincere. He didn't use high pressure tactics and followed up by calling and emailing. I thought the entire experience was really comfortable. In addition, he located a car with exactly the features I wanted so that I wouldn't have to wait. After I got the new car, Stan went over all the features and helped me program what needed to be done. He stood in the rain to show me outside features! When I didn't pull away right away (because I was setting up a few other things), Stan came out to make sure all was OK... that really demonstrated caring! Stan was great! Very friendly and took care of my whole purchase very quickly. This is the first car I've purchased (and 3rd Volvo) that I didn't feel like a stupid woman dealing with the dealer. I am new to NJ. Took my Volvo in for it's 90,000 tune up and have had 2 oil changes in the past year. The service team is knowledgeable, and they keep you informed if you wait for your car. My gripe is the and have had 2 oil changes in the past year. The service team is knowledgeable, and they keep you informed if you wait for your car. My gripe is their cool and distant demeanor. They don't care if you are a 1st time or repeat customer. Please post if anyone knows of an independent auto shop that repairs Volvos in the area. More
