This is the second Volvo i've leased from Gary Parker and Ramsey Volvo. Stan Rosen, smartly, was very low-key in showing me what they had available and I probably wouldn't have bought if I'd had a high pressure sales pitch. We felt like we got a very fair price on a clean car and after a week with my "new" car, I couldn't be happier! The people are lovely but the dar is a lemon. It was in the shop at least 4 times in the last 12 months for the same electical problem. A couple times they could not reproduce the problem. I have had to spend alot of time and money on this car at $120 per hour. More

Ii was able to get an appointment at the time I requested. The oil change was performed in a reasonable amount of time. He suggested that I rotate the tires, but I declined because I had just had snow tires put on the vehicle the week before my appointment.
