It was unexpected to be able to direct the salesperson to what we wanted and not be lead by w a true professional throughout the entire transaction. His in-depth knowledge of the vehicle and its features (XC90), coupled with his ability to understand our needs, assured us that we were making the correct choice. We never felt pressured or rushed to make our decision, and the dealership could not have been more accommodating with respect to delivery of the vehicle. As we've only been in possession of the vehicle for less than a week, we'll refrain from any comments on vehicle performance, but if the sales experience is any example, we'll be headed back to Ramsey Volvo in the future. John was very professional in handling the sale & Tom was great in the service dept. He called you when the car was ready and he went over the invoice with me.
