Service Above and Beyond I’ve been a new car buyer for over 44 years. The majority of those cars were American. Service has never been their strong suit but I chalked it up to the constant lack of customer service. After all, the sales been made, now you become a warranty nuisance. Enter my First Volvo, a 2019 XC60. Very impressed , but now it was time to take it for the dreaded service. I was hoping I would not be disappointed and hoped that this customer service experience would be different than all the other times. The service was exceptional! The Service Manager, Jose Pujol Jr. went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Bringing a car in for service, to any dealership, always comes with a little angst but knowing that there are people like Jose at Ramsey Volvo will go a long way in making the dreaded car service a little more enjoyable. More

Disappointed I called for service prior to bring my car in. I was told even though my phone app & car had told me that the service was needed. That it wasn't until I called for service prior to bring my car in. I was told even though my phone app & car had told me that the service was needed. That it wasn't until it hit a curtain mileage. The next day I had a low pressure signal on my car. I put air in my tires. 2 days later I had a flat tirer. This was 2 days before Christmas. I left my car in the Ramsey Volvo parking lot because it was a Sunday & you weren't open. When I met with the service advisor. He was not very friendly. He acted like I have never brought my car to your location. When I had been there many times and had dealt with him directly. I get that he may not remember ever customer but it was the way he came across. Like he was inconvenienced & distracted by every other customers that walk through the door which made my situation feel unimportant to him. As you can imagine I was frustrated thinking of all the things I needed to do before Christmas. Needless to say a loaner car was not available. Again, the service advisor showed no empathy. I have been in a customer service roll for many year. Making someone feel important & show some empathy for there situation is so important. In the end I got my car before the shop closed on Christmas Eve. After paying for a new rim and tirer. I had to call & follow multiple times. I didn't feel that the service advisor was genuine or truthful on anything he told me. One of the reasons I purchased a Volvo was because I considered them to be a higher end car with a great reputation for service. I am very disappoint on how this whole situation was handled. More

The Utmost in Service I went in for one issue and the service department resolved so much more for me. They were the ultimate professionals during my visit. They knew it I went in for one issue and the service department resolved so much more for me. They were the ultimate professionals during my visit. They knew it would take a little time to get my car in for that one issue. They saved me an additional trip by doing the regular maintenance that was scheduled for next month while I was there. I was not there very long when I was told the regular service and the other issue were completed and my car washed. Thank you John!! More
