Steve saves the day The day after having my car serviced, a tire retained a screw [unrelated to the service]. I had a loaner car for the service and was extremely happ The day after having my car serviced, a tire retained a screw [unrelated to the service]. I had a loaner car for the service and was extremely happy with the service. There were some difficulties with the tire replacement, as a tire had to be ordered. I was offered a donut spare, which i refused, but no loaners were available. This caused a significant inconvenience for a couple of days. However, the bigger issue was the warranty on the tire. Another service adviser told me there was no warranty [the tires were purchased at another Volvo dealer the year before and the tire replaced under warranty a few months prior]. However, when i sat down with your service rep, Steve and explained the circumstances, he was able to confirm a warranty and avoid paying the full amount for a new tire [quoted about $100 more than the cost per tire when i bought a set of four]. This had been a frustrating couple days. It is Steve's personality and service that keeps me as a loyal customer to your dealership. More
