Answering the phones! We called several times and it was as NO ONE was working that day. No one would answer until finally a answering machine answered so we had to call sales who transferred and still no answer. We then called the main number and they transferred and still no answer. Eventually after maybe the 7th or 8th call to service someone answered. Just a update would have been nice since our truck had been in the shop from tuesday morning at 9am- monday evening at 5pm. No other complaints! More

Poor Quality and service! That should sum it up. Excessive wait times 2 months + for simple repairs, poor follow up and lack thereof, and incompetent work that almost immediat That should sum it up. They couldn't even correctly rotate tires; yes there is a big difference between rotational and non rotational rotations. Bottom line, I wouldn't return, not even to change a sticker on my vehicle, I have 0 confidence that they could even get that right!! More
