She stays focused and has great communication skills, this last visit was for a new set of tires. Even though one of your nearby competitors still gave a lower overall price for the tires, you must factor in the value of great customer service and the pleasant follow up calls from Kelli to “just check in on us” she even followed up to inquire about my husbands recent hospital stay. THAT is proof that we are more than apart of her paycheck. That’s just being a genuine good person. More
